<p>The US president, Joe Biden, arrived in Belfast on a <a href="https://www.newstatesman.com/quickfire/2023/04/will-joe-bidens-northern-ireland-visit-achieve-anything" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">week-long visit</a> to the island of Ireland marking the 25th anniversary Good Friday Agreement.
