<p>This episode of Fearless takes us into the heart of the culinary world—the kitchen. My guest is Chris Klugman, an executive chef and champion for change in an industry rife with the challenges of power, inclusion, and equality. Chris is also a professor, celebrated photographer and social
entrepreneur. He founded Paintbox Bistro, a social enterprise that employed staff from marginalised communities. Paintbox was Canada's first certified B-Corporation, yet it was also one of the businesses lost to the lockdowns of the Covid-19 pandemic. </p>
<p>This episode explores themes of inequity, the impact of Covid-19 and privilege. </p>
