"I feel helpless," he said, when asked how viewing that tape made him feel. Earlier McMillian confirmed he told Floyd "you can't win!" while trying to convince him to comply with police.
Chauvin faces three charges, second-degree murder, second-degree manslaughter and third-degree murder in the death of George Floyd, who died in police custody in May 2020.
