as posted by the channelA fire burning at an apartment building in Westminister on Friday is under control said Westminster Fire Department (WFD).
They are still working on hot spots, and searching for anyone who needs to be rescued.
WFD said they were fighting the fire with multiple teams and help from Adams County.
The fire department added that they had more than 20 fire units on scene from multiple jurisdictions.
The apartment building is in block 9000 of Federal Boulevard, WFD said.
The fire department said that all three stories of the building are affected by the fire.
Due to the fire, WFD partially shut down Federal Boulevard in the area, and there is no information about when it will re-open.
Officials have not said what could have started the fire have not had to rescue anyone.
