1:22Now PlayingViewer Teresa Ortiz lives near the Stratus Townhomes, where an explosion and fire was reported on Wednesday afternoon. She said she saw flames coming from the roof of the building and saw being evacuated from the property.
So far, the fire department said two people suffered minor injuries, and everyone from the townhomes are believed to be accounted for. There are eight units in the building.
This is the second explosion Westminster authorities have responded to this week. The other one was less than two miles away.
