A 16-year-old was shot and killed while at the Downtown Denver Skatepark Saturday evening, according to the Denver Police Department (DPD).
Investigators are not trying to find the person who shot him.
Juan Herrera-Lozano was the skatepark, located at 2205 19th Street around 6:15 p.m. when video shows him crossing the street and going up to a vehicle, DPD said.
At some point, DPD said someone inside that vehicle shot Herrera-Lozano, who was pronounced dead on the scene.
