1:10Now PlayingThe Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Edgewater Police Department are investigating a homicide that left one man dead Wednesday morning.
The shooting happened around 9:40 a.m. at a vehicle charging station in the parking lot of the Edgewater Public Market on West 20th Avenue. The victim, a 33-year-old Denver man, was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His name has not yet been released.
Edgewater police said the victim and another man had an argument that escalated to shots being fired.
