as posted by the channelhristmas music lovers, rejoice! Denver radio station KOSI 101.1 has announced the date and time of its annual switch to non-stop Christmas music.
This is the 22nd year that KOSI 101.1 FM has changed to an all-Christmas music format.
This year, KOSI will flip the switch at a live event. The public can attend the Christmas music launch on Thursday, Nov. 16, at 5 p.m. at Cherry Creek North. KOSI will be broadcasting live from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a visit from Santa and lots of fun.
"This year we thought it would be fun to make the switch to all Christmas music outdoors at Cherry Creek North,” said KOSI Program Director Jim Lawson.
"I’m also excited to announce that one lucky child will get to push the big red button to launch KOSI 101.1 into Christmas music this year."
