5:32Now PlayingA high pressure ridge remains in control today and tomorrow resulting in fair and very mild conditions along with increasing winds. These conditions are prone to high fire danger, but just as we begin to think about that, cooler and wetter weather will bring some relief by Saturday as that ridge of high pressure shifts east of the state.
Snow will come to the mountains with the heaviest over the eastern San Juan and La Garita Mountains, where a Winter Storm Watch has been issued for up to 10 inches of snow.
