Laurel Smith, owner of Here & Now Farm in Wellington, said her operation has been directly impacted by the discontinuation of some federal programs.
One such program was the Local Food Purchase Assistance Cooperative Agreement (LFPA), which paid food banks and school districts to purchase produce from local growers.
