On Tuesday around 5 p.m., Fort Collins 911 received a report that Larry Baker, 80, was missing. According to a media release, Baker left his Fort Collins home on Monday around 7:30 a.m. and had not returned, prompting concerns for his well-being. Baker's family said that he is an avid fisherman.
