3:29Now PlayingAn Adams County judge granted a temporary injunction Monday ordering MV Realty to remove public records of their contracts with homeowners in Colorado. It comes as the state’s attorney general sues to try to nullify those agreements altogether.
The move comes nearly two years into a Steve On Your Side investigation into MV Realty’s homeowner benefit agreements that offered homeowners small promotional fee in exchange for agreeing to use MV Realty as an agent if they ever sold their home.
