3:31Now PlayingThis election, Denver voters were asked to approve almost $1 billion in "Vibrant Denver" bonds for a variety of infrastructure and facility repairs and improvements over the next six years.
Ballot Issues 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D and 2E asked voters' permission to use existing property tax dollars to borrow money for the improvements and pay it back over time. The bond package was backed by Mayor Mike Johnston.
