as posted by the channelA police sergeant who is being disciplined for how he engaged with a woman he wrongly accused of theft had a tumultuous past with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office before he was hired in Columbine Valley, 9NEWS has learned.
After filing a records request, 9NEWS learned Jamie (James) Milliman was investigated for failing to follow through with official duties in December 2012 while employed as a deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
