as posted by the channelThe Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is collecting stories and experiences from Xcel Energy customers following this week’s intentional power shutoffs during a high wind event.
The commission set up a website where customers can take a survey and leave comments. The comment section already is six pages long. A spokeswoman for the regulator said as of 11:30 a.m. Sunday, 1,094 people had responded to the survey.
