as posted by the channelPlans are moving forward for a large artificial intelligence data center in Weld County after a developer confirmed the northern Colorado property sale.
Developer Martin Lind said Global AI purchased about 500 acres in Weld County for $15.6 million in December.
The site, once home to Carestream Health and previously used by Kodak, already has industrial infrastructure in place, which Lind said helps with development.
