as posted by the channelSome Denver Public Schools employees will get a bonus for helping out schools impacted by staff absences last week as part of the nationwide day of protests over Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
DPS cancelled some programs and delayed the start to six schools on Friday to accommodate staff absences. According to the district, DPS saw more than 1,000 staff absences across the district.
