0:30Now PlayingIn-N-Out Burger is in the planning stages of a new Colorado restaurant. The California-based fast food chain has submitted an online concept review for a proposal to build a new restaurant in Broomfield.
The new In-N-Out Burger restaurant would be located at 4181 W. 120th Ave., near West 120th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard.
In-N-Out's concept review said the proposed building design is consistent with the chain's structures, a single-story Spanish-Mediterranean building with an associated drive-through lane.
The concept review said the 3,890-square-foot drive-through restaurant would have a 1,400-square-foot outdoor patio area, on the east side of the proposed building.
Access to the site would be achieved through an extension of West 121st Avenue from the west, and a proposed drive will continue around to a new access onto West 120th Avenue.
The public can submit comments and questions about the proposal online or by emailing planning@broomfield.org. The online concept will be open and accepting feedback and questions until March 12.
