4:16Now PlayingDenver's largest running event has arrived. The Denver Colfax Marathon will feature eight different races over two days on Saturday and Sunday.
The weekend's events include a marathon, half marathon, 10 miler, 5K, and the nation’s largest marathon relay. More than 28,000 runners are expected to participate in the 20th annual Denver Colfax Marathon, which will again serve as a Boston Marathon-qualifying event.
Race officials said that as of Friday, the half marathon and urban 10 mile race have sold out, but there are still spots in the full marathon, marathon relay, and 5K. Online registration has closed, but runners can still register at the two-day expo at Empower Field at Mile High.
