as posted by the channelArkansas State Police say a trooper tried to stop a Toyota Highlander for a traffic violation in Camden, but the driver fled at more than 100 mph with four children inside. The SUV swerved into oncoming traffic, struck a light pole and flipped under live power lines, ejecting a 4-month-old. Released dashcam shows a trooper rushing the baby to safety.
