Three of the four legislative assemblies in the UK have voted against this Brexit deal. The only one that has voted in favour of it is also the only assembly that contains no element of proportional representation. Indeed, the House of Commons gave Boris Johnson 100% of the power based on 29% of the electorate supporting him. This raises serious questions for the future of devolution, if the UK itself has a future.
