In fact, he completely rubbished the idea that it would even be possible. Now, the UK is withdrawing from Erasmus and it is entirely down to the decision of Boris Johnson. It's not the EU's decision, or even that of the Conservative party. In this video, I look at the lies given to explain our withdrawl and speculate on the real reason.
