More than that, we are actively paying more money to the EU because we need to access services that we used to be able to provide ourselves. The government has issued a contract to a German company to make sure our supplies of medicines is maintained. We are paying butchers in the EU to process our own meat. All of this represents money leaving the country, with no equivalent money coming in by way of compensation.
