as posted by the channelAs a result of a shortage of farm workers, but most especially trained butchers, brexit is resulting in the collapse of dozens of pig farms and the cull of thousands of healthy pigs because it is not possible to process them. The government allowed visas for foreign butchers far too late and placed too many restrictive conditions on them. The outcome of this extreme tory brexit is going to be a smaller economy and having to export more goods that we used to produce ourselves.
