However, this has been delayed for Ireland with various nonsense reasons being concocted by brexit minister, David Frost. The reason is that we are not ready, we do not have the infrastructure, staff or systems in place and we have no real plan for doing so. In the meantime, the EU, and especially the Republic of Ireland, maintains a competetive advantage over British businesses.
