as posted by the channelSo, as strongly suspected, it appears that government ministers knew that 800 British ferry workers were to be sacked by P&O Ferries before it happened. They are also reported to have made no attempt to interfere in any way. This just highlights not only how little the Conservatives care about jobs, but also how brexit not only hasn't stopped British jobs being lost to cheaper foreign labour, but actually made it a stark reality.
