The government are failing to face up to the consequences of their mishandling of covid and insisting that it is the fault of various companies for not expanding their staffing. A bit rich coming from a government that's set on a course for reducing their own workforce. But it also fails to take note of the fact it is harder, not easier, to take on new staff for these companies compared to before brexit.
