They were supposed to be delivering cancer services, so patients will now be waiting longer for treatment. It was not unforeseeable either, there were plenty of warning signs for this company for the government to heed before giving them our money. This is just the latest example of how the Tories use our money to enrich their friends and backers, and one that means people will die.
