He seems to be moving away from his stated position of tearing up all 'EU' regulations within a few months of taking office, but the bill to do this anyway continues to pass through parliament. He also doesn't seem keen on the so called investment zones. Is it the case that Sunak will avoid doing anything to reverse the hard brexit, for fear of upsetting the ERG, but will do nothing to feed it with more damaging policies?
