10:34Now PlayingRishi Sunak has set out his position on human rights laws, the Rwanda plan, and the role of the courts. It is all utterly insane. He says the courts should not decide our laws, but that the Rwandan government can. He is not going to force his MPs to vote for his bill, raising the chances that it will fail. It really feels like Sunak is gambling his future here, and for a policy which cannot possibly work anyway.
