The fact vetting didn't take place? Someone else's fault. The fact Uncle Vlad invaded Europe? Someone else's fault. If Nigel Farage ever did become a serious political leader, it's clear that he will have no backbone for the job. The far-right may still be a danger in the UK, but I don't think it's Farage who represents that danger.
