YouTube Description
as posted by the channelLabour are set to announce a policy they discussed a while ago. That referrals for a range of medical tests not need a consultant to be involved. This doesn't sound like a great idea, because it would mean longer queues for those tests, and the NHS is not exactly flush with staff. However, because the NHS actively prevents referrals for a host of women's medical issues, it might well be a less inefficient policy than the current system.
