as posted by the channelLast week, it was reported that Kemi Badenoch had forgotten to arrange the paperwork to transfer control of the Conservative party from Rishi Sunak when she won the leadership contest. I guess this technically means Rishi Sunak remained leader until this month. A technically illegal level of incompetence from Badenoch which should prove she's not capable of running the country if she can't even organise basic paperwork for her own party.
