午餐时分，墨尔本市郊Balaclava火车站附近餐馆林立的主街上，一家土耳其餐馆低调地关着门，静待夜幕降临时店内灯火通明的热闹。餐馆主人乔治昆·雨萨尔（Coskun Uysal）在伊斯坦布尔做了十二年厨师后于一年前移民澳大利亚。他以自己最爱的土耳其奶酪为这家餐馆起名“Tulum”，立志要让这家土耳其餐馆成为人们争相慕名前来的所在。
