When Mandy McCracken lost her arms and legs three years ago, she never imagined being able to ride again.

Now she's back on her bike, thanks to a unique event in Melbourne.

The three day “Make-a-thon" is part of a global movement of volunteers who want to improve the lives of people living with disabilities.

Australlia Wide's Cathy Jacobs went along to meet some of the participants.
