She knew she’d hit rock bottom.
But Ms Downie — a dairy farmer's daughter, a farmer in her own right, and a drought coordinator for the Forbes Shire Council — said her struggle with mental health made her realise something had to change.
And so the idea for Grassroots Blueprint was born.
