Kerryn and Arielle, two strength athletes visit Bond University to learn about the biomechanics research they are completing in the unique sport of Strongman.
Both women get sensors put on their body to measure their movement. Benjamin Hindle, a PHD student explains his study, with his professor Justin Keogh.
Ben’s study is one of the first biomechanical studies focusing on strongman including both male and female participants.
The question is asked whether men and women lift differently but that is a question is yet to be answered.
