It's owned and run by artist Stavros Margaritis and his daughter Panorea, offering something different to tourists.
Stavros emigrated to Australia from Greece in 1954 as a sixteen year-old and over the years he's had many jobs.
But it was when he discovered the art of egg carving that he really found his calling.
He's since carved eggs for lots of celebrities - including former US president Barack Obama.
