"There's a difference between negotiating and paying," Trump said, adding that he is "not giving cash" to Hamas.
When asked if the U.S. would join Israel in taking action against Hamas if they don't release remaining 24 living hostages, Trump added that "somebody is going to have to get a lot rougher."
