1:39Now PlayingNewark Mayor Ras Baraka has filed a lawsuit against interim U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Alina Habba, accusing her of malicious prosecution over his arrest outside an ICE detention facility last month.
"Alina Habba ... and special agent in charge Ricky Patel acted outside of what they're supposed to be doing," Baraka said.
