During a press conference about efforts to block GOP-led redistricting efforts in Texas, California Gov. Gavin Newsom accused "Donald Trump and his minions" of sending "dozens and dozens of ICE agents" to advance immigration arrests.
As the governor was speaking, federal agents appeared to be conducting an immigration enforcement operation outside of the venue.
