YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

President Trump welcomed Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the White House on Tuesday, the first time the leader has visited the U.S. since Jamal Khashoggi's murder.

When ABC News' Mary Bruce pressed the prince on Khashoggi's death, Trump intervened, saying that bin Salman "knew nothing about it and we can leave it at that."

Following the Oval Office confrontation, ABC News' Karen Travers said it was "remarkable to hear the president say that, in direct contradiction to what the U.S. intelligence community concluded years ago."
