13:03Now PlayingIn this video, I attempt one of the craziest challenges I’ve ever set for myself trying to deploy $1.2 MILLION in a single day investing in real estate!
Every first Tuesday of the month is foreclosure auction day in Georgia, and that’s when things get intense. Investors from all over the state gather to bid on distressed properties, and if you move fast (and know what you’re doing), you can walk away with multiple houses in just a few hours. My goal was simple: show up prepared, bid aggressively, and see how many properties I could secure in one auction day.
I break down the strategy, the risks, the competition, and what it really feels like to try to spend seven figures in real estate under a tight deadline. It’s high-pressure, unpredictable, and not for the faint of heart, but that’s what makes it exciting.
Then, in part two of the journey, I take you along with me the very next day as I go out to visit many of the properties I just bought sight unseen. You’ll get a real look at what these foreclosure houses actually look like in person, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Some were hidden gems, others were complete disasters, and a few were somewhere in between.
If you’re interested in real estate investing, foreclosure auctions, or just love seeing big bets play out in real time, this video is for you. Make sure to like, comment, and subscribe for more behind-the-scenes real estate content!
