In this video, I’m reacting to all the comments — the good, the bad, and the “you’re the worst human alive” ones — after my Facebook post about an eviction on a foreclosure property I bought.

The house hadn’t been paid on for over two years, the bank foreclosed, and I bought it at auction. After that, I actually tried to work something out with the occupants, but they didn’t want the help and chose to wait for the eviction process instead. And once I shared this part of the journey online… well, let’s just say my comment section caught fire.

Real estate investing isn’t always HGTV and happy renovations — sometimes it’s tough conversations, tough decisions, and reading spicy Facebook comments at midnight.

In this video, I share my side, react to some of your comments, and talk about the real-life challenges investors face in situations like this.

Jump into the comments and let me know your thoughts — respectfully, please… my blood pressure thanks you in advance.
