8:59Now PlayingToday I took my kids out with me to check out a few properties that could be heading to auction soon. I always believe the best way to teach real estate is out in the field, seeing deals firsthand, learning how to analyze opportunities, and understanding what makes a property valuable.
We also stopped by a warehouse I’m looking at for one of my businesses, talked strategy, and gave the kids a real look into entrepreneurship and investing beyond just real estate.
After a productive day, we wrapped things up at Bury the Hatch for some good food, laughs, and family time. Building businesses is important, but creating memories with my kids while teaching them the game is what it’s really about.
