The conversation begins with her days establishing a newspaper route as a young girl, and what she learned early on in her modeling career. Adam also asks her about her work in the home industry, and she talks about some of the uncomfortable situations she was in while navigating the fashion industry. Later they discuss learning lessons from mean people, how Kathy has stayed so positive and thoughtful, and her friendship with Elizabeth Taylor. As the show wraps up, Adam and Kathy talk about how curiosity leads to success.
