Randy Couture is a retired mixed martial artist, former UFC heavyweight and light heavyweight champion, and Olympic-level Greco-Roman wrestler known for his toughness, wrestling ability, and longevity in combat sports. Nicknamed “The Natural,” Couture became one of the UFC’s biggest stars by winning world titles well into his 40s and competing against multiple generations of fighters. Outside the cage, he has worked as an actor, commentator, and entrepreneur, appearing in films like The Expendables franchise while helping bring MMA into the mainstream.
