YouTube Description
as posted by the channelPsychologists have discovered that there are essentially 2 types of happiness, Extrinsic and Intrinsic. Extrinsic, focuses on money/material wealth, image and status. Happiness derived from these external sources result in a short-lived dopamine spurt and a never-ending state of wanting more. Intrinsic happiness on the other hand is derived from following a passion, personal growth, making the world a better place or loving relationships with family and friends. These are things that money can’t buy, and result in a long lasting joy from within.
