Bryan Fletcher, the former Mayor of Ferguson and some friends started the, "I Heart Ferguson" campaign. Fletcher says his team distributed over 2,500 signs. But many are choosing not to adorn their lawns with Ferguson love signs. The shooting of black teen by a white police officer this August erupted into massive racially fueled protests.
