Anti-abortion protesters are buying up property around clinics, making it easier to harass and intimidate patients. And because of weak protection laws, clinic volunteers and staff are pretty much out there fending for themselves.
This is the story of one clinic in Charlotte, NC, and the volunteers who stand outside to help patients get in the building safely and combat incessant harassment.
